We collect what the product needs to run: your account email, your store's data, and the conversations your storefront has with its shoppers. Merchants own their store data.

We don't sell personal data. Conversations are processed by the AI provider configured for your store solely to generate responses. Secrets you store with us (API keys, SMTP passwords, payment credentials) are encrypted at rest.

A complete policy ships before general availability, including data processing terms for merchants who need them.
